We read everything that arrives here. FatPulse is a small project, so a message that says which tool you were using and what you expected gets a useful answer fastest.
FatPulse is a body fat percentage calculator, so the messages that reach us tend to be about tracking a change in body composition over several months or about a figure that did not look right. Both are worth sending.
Our inbox
The address to use is support@fatpulse.com; we generally reply within one or two business days.
What to include
- The tool name or a link to it.
- The values you put in (your measurements and body details), to whatever precision you remember.
- A short note on the expected versus actual output.
- Browser and device, whenever something looked broken.
Anything concerning comparing the tape and BMI estimates side by side is easier to answer when you include the page address, so we can look at the same tool you did.
Reporting a wrong result
If a number looks off, we want to know. The calculation behind FatPulse is documented — the Navy formula combines neck, waist, hip and height in a logarithmic equation, while the BMI method uses a simpler age-adjusted fit — showing both makes the gap between them visible instead of hiding it behind a single number — which means most errors trace to an input that does not match the model, or a rounding edge. Tell us what you expected and where, and we will check it.
What happens to your message
We treat a message as a message, not as marketing data. It is read, answered, and neither shared nor added to anything; see the privacy policy.
