About FatPulse
A tiny team building free body-composition tools for people who'd rather track what matters than chase scale numbers.
Why FatPulse exists
Your bathroom scale can't tell muscle from fat. A BMI reading can label a lean runner "overweight." FatPulse started as a way to give people a home-taught, no-cost estimate of their actual body fat percentage using the U.S. Navy circumference method — the same tape-measure math used in clinical settings.
What we do
- Free calculators with no sign-up, no data upload, and no paywall.
- Plain-language guides that explain body composition honestly.
- Estimates clearly labeled as estimates — not medical diagnosis.
Our philosophy
We believe the best health tool is one you actually keep using. That means removing friction, being honest about accuracy, and never inflating results to make you feel a certain way. Every number gets put in context with ranges, not just a bare figure.
